South Canterbury Crematorium is situated 4km from Timaru in a rural setting amongst green pastures and rolling hills.
​Spread over 1.2 hectares, our Memorial Gardens are well established with an atmosphere of peace
​and tranquility in which to spend time.

Our Services

Our facility offers a range of services to support families during difficult times. The chapel, filled with natural light, accommodates up to 150 people, with additional space in the foyer and features modern audio-visual technology and air conditioning. The privately-owned Crematorium is set in a serene rural location and features a modern gas-fired cremation facilities.
